Located on famed Lincoln Road in South Beach, Quattro Gastronomia Italiana serves authentic Northern Italian Cuisine, closely adhering to traditional methods of preparation and using only the finest ingredients imported from Italy. The twin chefs, Nicola and Fabrizio Carro, are from the province of Alessandria in the Piemonte region of Italy. They select the best Italian ingredients available from specialty food providers and markets. Everything from basics like salt and flour to Mediterranean fish and specialty cheeses are imported directly from Italy.
